Lee Kaplan, Artistic Director Lee Kaplan  Co-Founder, Artistic Director, Director
A Debut founder, Lee has over 39 years of theatre experience. She has vocal, dance & theatre training from C.S.U., the Denver Center for Performing Arts & the National Theatre Conservatory. Her extensive work with children's theatre includes Small World Players, The Perfoming Arts Studio & Fort Collins Children's Theatre.

Gregg Osterhout, Technical Director Gregg Osterhout  Co-Founder, Technical Director
A DTC founder, Gregg's behind-the-scenes expertise comes from over 100 shows in the last 16 years with local and regional theatre and dance groups. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film from C.U. and is a published children's playwright.

Ailie HollandAilie Holland  Director
We're excited to have Ailie back at Debut after maternity leave. Ailie graduated from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and has several years of both teaching and perfromance experience since then, including the Southwest Institute for Education in Theatre and a year with the Royal Shakespeare Company. Locally, Ailie has acted with Openstage and Bas Bleu.

LIsa holds her Bachelor of Arts in Performing Arts from Colorado State University and has directed for Fort Collins Children's Theatre, Peanut Butter and Jam Players and Heritage Christian School. This is her 8th year at Debut.

Sydney Parks, Director Sydney Parks  Director
Sydney has 26 years of experience in theatre. She studied at HB Studio in NYC, worked with Chicago's Windy City Players and toured as Mary in The Secret Garden. Sydney has perfromed extensively with Fort Collins' Openstage Theatre and teaches drama at Spring Creek Country Day School. She was also recently honored in Westword's 2006 Best of Denver: Arts and Entertainment as Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy.

Ashley has completed her degree in Elementary Education at UNC and teahces at Rivendell School by day. She is excited to be at DTC and says she has "discovered just how great my passion is for children and their wonderful imaginations."

Donna has been with DTC since August 2006 and 'directs' the goings-on in the front office. Her acting is limited to trying to maintain an air of calm in the midst of theatre mayhem. She is also a full-time student at the University of Phoenix working towards a degree in Psychology.
